Approche expérimentale entre les traditions inuites et la modernité
An experimental approach to Inuit traditions and modernity

Une interprétation d'ARNAQ par Nadia Nappatuk

In a cross-disciplinary approach combining visual and traditional arts, 15
high school students from Iguarsivik school (Puvirnituq) propose their
meticulous and sensitive interpretations of 10 works from the MNBAQ
collection by exploring an approach on the theme of climate.
As we know, Northern Quebec will undergo major transformations as a
result of climate change, which will have important ecological, social and
economic consequences.
Within the framework of this project, which is essentially centered on
works that are not immediately related to the climate theme, we
decided to divert them by including a message related to the question
of ecology.
